Molly Distinct Consult is looking for THE above stated position to join this school in Lugbe, Abuja to foster a healthy learning environment for their students.

Responsibilities

• Planning events to promote the school and its programs.
• Interviewing candidates for teaching positions and making hiring decisions based on the candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit with the school community
• Assisting with the implementation of new policies at the school and communicating with parents about any changes
• Overseeing the overall operation of the school, including hiring staff and overseeing their work performance
• Providing academic support to students who are struggling in a particular subject area
• Reviewing student progress and evaluating teacher performance on an ongoing basis to ensure that all students are receiving a quality education
• Ensuring that the school is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations
• Developing curriculum and lesson plans that meet federal, state, and local standards for education
• Evaluating the effectiveness of teachers and other school staff in order to identify training needs and recommend appropriate disciplinary action

Responsibilities for the School Administrator

• To provide administrative support in order to meet the needs of the school, playing an active role in the smooth running of the school office.
• To provide administrative, clerical and financial support within the school, which necessitates acting on own initiative within the broad outlines and guidance of the headteachers.
• To act as a focal point for all enquiries and visitors to the school.

Requirements and skills for any of the positions

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a school setting
• Knowledge of school administrative processes and national educational regulations
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and education management systems
• Attention to detail
• Great presentation and communication skills
• Crisis management
• Ability to coach and inspire
• A teaching license is preferred
• Cambridge Certification is a must.
• A minimum of Master's Degree

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦250,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
